摘要
目的调查北京市通州区公立医院儿科护士体面劳动感现状及其影响因素。方法于2018年6月至2019年6月选取北京市通州区5所公立医院162名儿科护士作为对象,调查其体面劳动感。结果北京市通州区公立医院儿科护士体面劳动感得分为(50.37±12.13)分,多元线性回归分析显示,工资收入、职位、遭受工作场所暴力、工作压力、工作支持、家庭支持是儿科护士体面劳动感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论北京市通州区公立医院儿科护士体面劳动感较低,应该通过改善护士待遇,减轻工作压力,加强其工作及家庭支持,提升其体面劳动感。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of decent work perception among pediatric nurses in public hospitals in Tongzhou of Beijing.Methods A total of 162 pediatric nurses from 5 public hospitals in Tongzhou district of Beijing were selected as subjects to investigate their decent work perception from June 2018 to June 2019.Results The score of decent work perception of pediatric nurses in Tongzhou district was(50.37±12.13).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that salary,position,workplace violence,work pressure,work support and family support were the influencing factors of paediatric nurses'decent work perception(P<0.05).Conclusion The decent work perception of pediatric nurses in public hospitals in Tongzhou of Beijing is low.It should improve the treatment of nurses,reduce work pressure,strengthen their work and family support,and enhance their decent work perception.
