摘要
通过分析机械加工表面质量对零件性能的影响,提出提升机械加工表面质量的可行措施。对机械加工中热处理技术的作用进行详细阐述,以期通过采用热处理技术,改进加工件表面质量,增强零件表面硬度和耐磨性,延长零件的使用寿命。
Through the analysis of the impact of machining surface quality on the performance of parts,feasible measures to improve the surface quality of machining are proposed.The role of heat treatment technology in machining is elaborated in order to improve the surface quality of machined parts,enhance the surface hardness and wear resistance of parts and extend the service life of parts through the use of heat treatment technology.
