摘要
从专家视角探索基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期多学科协作式肺康复管理策略。选取2020年9月~2021年1月天津市13名从事肺康复管理的专家进行半结构式访谈。共提取四大主题,包括组建以“医康护”为主体的多学科康复管理团队、建立综合评估系统、构建“生理—心理—社会”全功能康复方案、应用信息化平台实现全程康复。从专家角度为患者构建了“综合评估+精准康复+全程管理”的闭环式康复管理方案,从而实现团队成员相互协作,康复策略有效融合的全方位肺康复目标。
To explore the international classification of function,disability and health-based multidisciplinary collaborative pulmonary rehabilitative management strategy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable period from an expert's perspectives,semi-structured interviews were conducted from September 2020 to January 2021 with 13 experts experienced in multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation management of diseases in Tianjin.Four themes were extracted,including to form a multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation management team with"doctor,therapist and nurse"as the core;to establish comprehensive evaluation systems,to construct physiological,psycho-social full function rehabilitative plan,and to apply informatization platform to realize the monitoring of the entire rehabilitation process.This study constructed a closed-loop rehabilitation management strategy in"comprehensive assessment,precise rehabilitation and overall management"for patients,in order to achieve the objectives of all-around rehabilitation with collaborative team members and integrating rehabilitation strategies effectively.
