摘要
针对大型排涝泵站油润滑金属轴承存在的不足,进行了轻质聚合物基耐磨材料用水作润滑介质的生态友好型水润滑滑动轴承的研究,有效解决了传统油润滑轴承的不足,成功应用于鸦雀尾泵站水泵的水导轴承,并在实践中不断完善,取得了显著的经济效益和生态效益。
In view of the shortcomings of oil-lubricated metal bearings in large-scale drainage pump stations,the eco-friendly water-lubricated sliding bearings with light polymeric wear-resistant materials and water as lubricating media was studied,which effectively solved the shortcomings of traditional oil-lubricated bearings.It has been successfully applied to the water guide bearing of the water pump of the Yaquewei Pumping Station,and has been continuously improved in practice,and has achieved significant economic and ecological benefits.
