摘要
“三农”问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,焦点是农民生计问题。农民生计资本是影响其生计策略选择的重要因素,对两者之间关系的探讨有助于更好地解决农民的生计问题。以可持续生计分析框架为基础,运用中国综合社会调查2017年的数据,获取3213个有效样本,构建二元Logistic回归模型,实证分析生计资本对农民生计策略选择的影响,及影响的地区差异性。研究发现:①物质资本(家用汽车)、人力资本(受教育程度、身体健康状况)、金融资本(家庭经济状况、商业医疗保险)对农民选择非农为主型生计策略具有显著正向影响,而社会资本(社会交往、政治参与)则呈现显著负向作用。②社会资本(社会信任、政治参与)对农民生计策略选择的影响在4个地区之间无明显差异,而其余3类资本在不同地区间影响差异大。基于此,从加大对农村教育的投资、改善医疗卫生条件、构建现代化金融体系方面提出解决农民可持续生计的对策建议。
The issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental to the national economy and people’s livelihood,with the focus on farmers’livelihood.The livelihood capital of farmers is an important factor affects their livelihood strategy choice,and the discussion of the relationship between the two is helpful to solve the livelihood problems of farmers.Based on the framework of sustainable livelihood analysis and the data of China General Social Survey in 2017,3213 valid samples were obtained and a binary logistic regression model was constructed to empirically analyze the impact of livelihood capital on farmers’livelihood strategy choice and the regional differences of the impact.The results show that:(1)The effect of physical capital(family car),human capital(education level,physical health status),financial capital(family economy status,commercial medical insurance)on farmers choose mainly non-agricultural livelihood strategies were significantly positive,while social capital(social interaction,political participation)are significantly negative.(2)The influence of social capital(social trust,political participation)on farmers’livelihood strategy choice has no obvious difference among the four regions,while the influence of the other three types of capital has great difference among different regions.Based on this,the suggestions to solve the sustainable livelihood of farmers are put forward from the aspects of increasing investment in rural education,improving medical and health conditions and constructing modern financial system.
