摘要
为延缓粮食在储藏过程中的品质劣变,在气密性较好的粮仓内,利用冬季低温的有利条件,将自然冷源通过轴流通风机送入粮堆内部,发挥“粮食是热的不良导体”的优势,将冷源储存在粮堆内部,冬春两季均能达到低温储藏的要求,夏季采用内环流技术,通过通风管道使冷源在仓房内部进行循环,有效地降低仓温、均衡粮温,基本达到准低温储藏的要求,改善了储藏环境,保证了粮食质量。中央储备粮泰安直属库有限公司在蓄冷的过程中,在两个仓房对同一种轴流风机、两种不同的通风方式进行了试验,收集了试验数据,对降温速度、粮温均匀度、能耗等方面进行比较分析,总结了各自的优缺点,认为下行吸出式轴流风机通风粮堆穿透速度快、能耗低,不易产生结露,有很强的推广意义。
In order to delay the deterioration of grain quality in the storage process, in the granary with good air tightness, the natural cold source is sent into the grain pile through the axial flow fan under the favorable conditions of low temperature in winter, so as to give full play to the advantage of “grain is a bad conductor of heat”. The cold source is stored in the grain pile,which can meet the requirements of low-temperature storage in winter and spring. The inner loop flow technology is adopted in summer, through the ventilation duct, the cold source circulates inside the warehouse, effectively reducing the warehouse temperature and balancing the grain temperature, basically meeting the requirements of quasi low temperature storage,improving the storage environment and ensuring the grain quality. In the process of cold storage, Taian warehouse directly under the Central Grain Reserve Co., Ltd. tests the same axial flow fan and two different ventilation modes in two warehouses,collects the test data, compares and analyzes the cooling speed, grain temperature uniformity and energy consumption,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each self, and considers that the downward suction axial flow fan has fast penetration speed and low energy consumption. It is not easy to produce condensation and has strong popularization significance.
