摘要
脑瘫为脑性瘫痪的简称,该病是由于婴幼儿时期脑部受到非进行性损伤所导致,患儿持续存在中枢性运动与姿势发育障碍,且患儿活动受到限制,影响患儿的脑发育与生长发育。脑瘫患儿常常伴有感觉、认知、知觉、交流以及行为障碍、继发性骨骼肌肉系统异常、癫痫等,危害十分严重,对患儿生命质量以及家庭生活质量造成严重影响。因此,临床应十分重视该病患儿的康复训练,以提升患儿的生活质量,帮助患儿病情恢复。临床研究发现关于脑瘫患儿的康复训练方法较多,主要包括巴氏球训练、运动疗法、游戏训练、家庭综合康复训练、综合性康复训练、系统康复训练、推拿按摩与针灸等,均能促进脑瘫患儿疾病的恢复,以上康复训练具有较高的临床应用以及研究价值。为了更好地促进脑瘫患儿康复,临床常用多种康复训练进行联合干预。本文对脑瘫患儿康复训练方法研究进展进行综述,为临床脑瘫患儿的康复提供帮助,进一步提升了患儿康复效果。
Cerebral palsy is the abbreviation of cerebral palsy.This disease is caused by non progressive brain damage in infants.Children with cerebral palsy continue to have central motor and posture development disorders,and their activities are limited,affecting their brain development and growth.Children with cerebral palsy are often accompanied by sensory,cognitive,perceptual,communication and behavioral disorders,secondary skeletal muscle system abnormalities,epilepsy,etc.,which are very harmful and have a serious impact on the quality of life of children and the quality of family life.Therefore,clinical attention should be paid to the rehabilitation training of children with this disease,in order to improve their quality of life and help them recover.Clinical research has found that there are many rehabilitation training methods for children with cerebral palsy,mainly including Pasteur ball training,exercise therapy,game training,family comprehensive rehabilitation training,comprehensive rehabilitation training,systematic rehabilitation training,massage and acupuncture,which can promote the recovery of children with cerebral palsy.The above rehabilitation trainings have high clinical application and research value.In order to better promote the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,a variety of rehabilitation training are commonly used in clinical practice.This paper summarizes the clinical research progress of rehabilitation training methods for children with cerebral palsy,so as to provide help for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and further improve the rehabilitation effect of children patients.
