摘要
金属氧化物避雷器故障时有发生,严重威胁电网的安全稳定运行。针对红外测温发现的220 kV变压器高压侧金属氧化锌避雷器异常发热,介绍了诊断分析过程。通过开展持续电流带电检测和停电直流泄漏电流试验,利用纵横比分析查明故障初步原因,再结合解体检查验证避雷器的故障类型及具体部位。结果表明,历次运维过程中拆接引线接头造成B相避雷器上节密封结构破坏,导致进水受潮发生劣化,进而引起异常发热。基于此,给出了相应的故障排除和预防措施。
Metal oxide arrester faults occur frequently,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of power grid.In view of the abnormal heating of the metal zinc oxide arrester on the high-voltage side of the 220 kV transformer found by infrared temperature measurement,the diagnosis and analysis process is introduced.By carrying out the test of continuous current live detection and power failure DC leakage current,the initial cause of the failure is identified by the aspect ratio analysis,and the failure type and specific location of the arrester are verified by the disassembly inspection.The results show that the sealing structure of the upper section of the B-phase arrester is damaged due to the disconnection of the lead connectors during the previous operation and maintenance process,resulting in the deterioration of the influent water and the abnormal heat generation.Based on this,the corresponding troubleshooting and preventive measures are given.
