摘要
为了探讨不同添加剂和混合比对象草和甘蔗梢混合青贮发酵品质的影响,试验采用两因素试验设计,将象草和甘蔗梢按鲜重比为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75和0∶100混合,并分别进行添加乳酸菌(LAB)和甲酸(FA)及无添加(C,对照)处理,每个处理5个重复,采用小规模发酵法,在室温避光条件下发酵30 d后测定混合青贮的发酵品质和营养成分。结果表明:不同混合比例及不同添加剂处理pH值、乳酸、乙酸、氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)、干物质、粗蛋白和有机物含量表现出显著或极显著的交互作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与象草单一青贮相比,混合青贮的pH值、乙酸、丁酸、NH_(3)-N和粗蛋白含量均显著降低(P<0.05),干物质和有机物含量均显著增加(P<0.05),在象草和甘蔗梢混合比例为25∶75时pH值、NH_(3)-N含量较低,乳酸、有机物含量较高;在不同添加剂处理方面,与无添加处理相比,FA处理的pH值、乳酸、乙酸和NH_(3)-N含量均显著降低(P<0.05),粗蛋白和有机物含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。说明象草和甘蔗梢在混合比例为25∶75及添加甲酸时青贮的发酵品质最优。
The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of additives and mixed ratios on the fermentation quality of mixed silage pre⁃pared with varying proportions of Napier grass and sugarcane top.A two-factor experimental design was used in the experiment.Napier grass and sugarcane top were mixed according to the fresh weight ratio of 100∶0,75∶25,50∶50,25∶75 and 0∶100,and were treated with lactic acid bacteria(LAB),formic acid(FA)and no addition(C,control),respectively.Each treatment had five replicates.The fermentation quality and nutritional components of mixed silage were determined by means of small-scale fermentation at room temperature and in darkness for 30 days.The results showed that the pH value,lactic acid,acetic acid,ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP)and organic matter(OM)content had significant or extremely significant interaction under different mixing ratios and different additive treatments(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with sole Napier grass silage,the contents of pH value,acetic acid,butyric acid,NH_(3)-N and CP content of mixed silage were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the content of DM and OM was significantly increased(P<0.05).When the mixing ratio was 25∶75,the pH value and the NH_(3)-N content were lower,and the lactic acid and the OM content were higher.Compared with the no additive treatment,the pH value,lactic acid,acetic acid and NH_(3)-N in the FA additive treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while CP and OM were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results indicated that the fermentation quality of mixed silage was the best when the mixing ratio of Napier grass and sugarcane top was 25∶75 and FA was added.
