不同粗饲料育肥绒肉兼用辽宁绒山羊效果对比研究 被引量:2

Comparative study on the effect of different roughage feeding on fattening Liaoning cashmere goat with dual-purpose of cashmere and meat

摘要 为了对比研究野稗谷、谷草和高丹草对绒肉兼用辽宁绒山羊育肥生产性能和营养物质消化率的影响,试验将24只年龄为2.5岁左右、体重为(43.83±0.98)kg的绒肉兼用辽宁绒山羊母羊随机分为4组,每组6只,第1组为对照组在日粮中添加10.00%羊草;第2~4组为试验组,依次在日粮中用10.00%的野稗谷、谷草和高丹草替代羊草,试验预试期15 d,正试期60 d。对野稗谷、谷草和高丹草进行营养分析,测定野稗谷、谷草、高丹草的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、钙、磷含量及总能。分别在正试期开始、试验结束称量空腹体重,计算日增重、料重比。饲养试验结束前1周,试验羊进入代谢笼连续饲养7 d,测定采食量,采用全收粪法连续5 d收集粪、尿样,测定营养物质表观消化率。试验结束后进行育肥效益分析,统计日粮成本、单位增重总成本、每只羊每天盈利等。结果表明:野稗谷和高丹草的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均极显著高于谷草(P<0.01),粗纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量都低于谷草,差异不显著(P>0.05)。第2组和第4组的日增重均高于第1组和第3组,第2组与第1组差异极显著(P<0.01)。第2组粗蛋白的表观消化率显著高于第1组和第3组(P<0.05),第2组和第4组的粗纤维表观消化率均显著高于第1组(P<0.05)。三个试验组的日粮成本均高于第1组,而第2组和第4组的单位增重总成本均低于第1组,第2组每只羊每天盈利可达2.09元,比第1组每只羊每天多盈利0.78元。说明在绒肉兼用辽宁绒山羊生产中,野稗谷和高丹草日粮的增重速度较快,消化率较好,其中野稗谷的经济效益最好。 In order to compare the effects of barnyard grass,millet straw and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid on fattening performance and nutrient digestibility of Liaoning cashmere goats with dual-purpose of cashmere and meat,twenty-four female Liaoning cashmere goats with dual-pur⁃pose of cashmere and meat(about 2.5 years and average bodyweight[43.83±0.98]kg)were randomly divided into four groups,with six goats in each group.Group 1 was the control group,which were fed the diets supplemented with 10.00%Chinese wildrye.Groups 2 to 4 were experimental groups,which replaced part of Chinese wildrye with 10.00%barnyard grass,millet straw and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid in turn.The pre-experiment lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The nutrients were analyzed in barnyard grass,millet straw and sorghum-sudan grass,and their dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),ash,calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P),gross energy(GE)were determined.The fasting body weight(BW)were determined at the beginning and end of the experiment to calculate daily gain and feed/gain.One week before the end of the experiment,the experimental goats were put into metabolic cage for 7 days to measure feed intake.Feces and urine samples were collected by total fecal collection method for 5 consecutive days,and nutrient apparent digestibility was measured.Fattening benefit analysis was conducted,including statistics on the cost of rations,total cost per unit of weight gain,profit per goat per day,etc.The results showed that the contents of CP and EE content in barnyard grass and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid were extremely significantly higher than those of millet straw(P<0.01),while the contents of CF and NDF were lower than those of millet straw,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The daily gain in the group 2 and 4 was higher than that in group 1 and group 3,and there was significantly diffidence between group 2 and group 1(P<0.01).The apparent digestibility of CP in the group 2 was significantly higher than that in the group 3 and group 1(P<0.05),and the apparent diges⁃tibility of CF in the group 2 and 4 were significantly higher than that in the group 1(P<0.05).The dietary costs in the three experiment groups was higher than that in the group 1,while the total cost of daily gain of group 2 and group 4 was lower than that in the group 1,and the daily profit of each goat in the group 2 was 2.09 yuan.Compared with the group 1,the daily profit of each goat in the group 2 was 0.78 yuan.The results indicated that the weight gain rate of barnyard grass and sorghum-sudangrass hybrid was faster was better in the production of Liaoning cashmere goat with both cashmere and meat,among which bamyard grass had the best economic benefit.
