摘要
随着我国城市化的高速发展,对各种住宅建筑的需求量越来越多,各种建筑工程越来越多,对建筑工程施工建设要求不断增加。由于住宅建筑的特殊性,其对工程施工质量有着非常高的要求,只有充分做好工程管理工作,才能保证工程施工质量。为此,本文对住宅建筑工程管理的主要内容及措施进行探讨,希望对促进我国建筑工程事业发展,可以起到有利的作用。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the demand for various residential buildings is increasing,and the requirements for construction engineering are increasing.Due to the particularity of residential buildings,it has very high requirements for the quality of engineering construction,and only by good engineering management,the quality of engineering construction can be guaranteed.Therefore,this paper discusses the main contents and measures of residential building engineering management,hoping to play a beneficial role in promoting the development of China’s construction engineering.
