摘要
河道在生态环境中发挥着多种作用,比如排涝、灌溉等,河道同时和农村居民的日常生产作业有着很大的关系。但是随着工业、农业等方面的保护力度不够,导致很多农村河道都存在污染严重的问题。为了切实保证河道的应用价值,需要加强河道治理。为此,本文分析了农村河道的现状,提出了生态文明视角下农村河道治理的目标化方法,并且提出了一些管理保障建议。通过治理农村河道,有助于改善河道环境,净化水质,为居民提供更加优质的水资源。
Riverway plays a variety of roles in the ecological environment,such as drainage and irrigation,and has a close relationship with the daily production operations of rural residents.However,due to the lack of protection in industry and agriculture,many rural riverways have serious pollution problems.In order to effectively ensure the application value of riverways,it is necessary to strengthen riverway governance.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural riverways,puts forward targeted methods for rural riverway governance from the perspective of ecological civilization,and puts forward some management guarantee suggestions.By treating rural riverways,it will help improve the riverway environment,purify water quality,and provide residents with better water resources.
