廓形打磨对小半径曲线钢轨受力状态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究钢轨廓形打磨对小半径曲线轮轨关系和作用力的影响,对成渝铁路钢轨打磨前后的轮轨接触关系开展分析,对车辆轮轨作用力进行现场测试。测试结果表明:钢轨廓形打磨后,货运列车和客运列车通过小半径曲线时的轮轨垂向力均值降低幅度分别达到13.8%和8.4%,轮轨横向力均值降低幅度分别达到19.7%和33.5%,脱轨系数均值降低幅度最大分别达到16.0%和7.4%,轮重减载率均值降低幅度最大分别达到23.1%和27.3%;钢轨打磨后的轨面状态得到有效改善,轮轨接触分布更为合理。钢轨廓形打磨可有效提升列车曲线通过性能,对于轮轨关系和钢轨受力状态的改善具有重要意义。 In order to come to the influence of rail profile grinding on wheel-rail relationship and force of small radi⁃us curved,the wheel-rail contact relationship was analyzed,and the wheel-rail force was tested on site before and af⁃ter rail profile grinding of Chengdu-Chongqing Railway.The test results show that the maximum reduction in the mean value of wheel-rail vertical force reaches 13.8%and 8.4%respectively,this of wheel-rail transverse force reaches 19.7%and 33.5%respectively,this of derailment coefficient reaches 16.0%and 7.4%respectively,and this of wheel weight reduction rate reaches 23.1%and 27.3%respectively,When freight trains and passenger trains passed through small radius curves with rail profile grinding.The condition of rail surface is also effectively improved,and the wheel-rail contact distribution is more reasonable after rail profile grinding.Rail profile grinding can effec⁃tively improve the train ability to pass through curves passing and is of great significance for the improvement of wheel-rail relationship and rail stress state.
