摘要
随着社会发展,人们对动物性食品的质量和安全也有了新的要求。抗生素滥用引起的细菌耐药性及环境污染等问题日益突出。酸化剂是一种绿色、环保和高效的抗生素替代品之一,在“饲料全面禁抗”的要求下,现已逐渐应用于畜禽健康养殖业中。笔者综述了酸化剂的种类、作用机制及在畜禽健康养殖中的应用情况,以期能对酸化剂的研究及实际应用提供参考。
With the development of society, people have new requirements for the quality and safety of animal food. Problems such as drug resistance and environmental pollution caused by the abuse of antibiotics have become increasingly prominent. Acidifiers are one of the green, environmentally friendly and efficient alternatives to antibiotics. Under the requirement of “total anti-resistance ban in feed”, acidifiers have been gradually applied to the healthy breeding industry of livestock and poultry.In this paper, the type, action mechanism of acidifier and its application in healthy livestock and poultry breeding were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the research and practical application of acidifier.
