红外光谱法测定生物质全硫试验条件的研究

摘要 本文选取了甘蔗渣、树皮等10种固体生物质燃料进行了正交试验设计,研究了红外测硫仪测定固体生物质燃料全硫含量的最佳实验条件。考察了试样质量、粒度、灼烧温度、催化剂对测定结果的影响,得到最佳实验条件为:试样质量0.2~0.3g、试样粒度0.3mm、灼烧温度1300℃、催化剂:无。试验结果为运用红外测硫仪测定固体生物质燃料硫含量实验条件的选择提供了依据。 In this paper,10 kinds of solid biomass fuels such as bagasse and bark were selected to conduct orthogonal experimental design,and the optimal experimental conditions for the determination of total sulfur content of solid biomass fuels by infrared sulfur analyzer were studied.The influence of sample mass,particle size,burning temperature and catalyst on the measurement results was investigated,and the best experimental conditions were obtained as follows:sample mass 0.2~0.3 g,sample particle size 0.3 mm,burning temperature 1300 ℃,catalyst:no.The test results provide a basis for the selection of experimental conditions for the determination of sulfur content in solid biomass fuels by using an infrared sulfur analyzer.
