摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合辨证施护应用于胸痹心痛气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者的临床价值。方法选取2019年7月1日—2021年6月30日辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院收治的胸痹心痛患者280例作为研究对象,将气阴两虚兼血瘀型患者作为研究组,共123例,其他患者纳入临床路径作为对照组,共157例。比较2组患者心功能改善效果、生活质量评分变化和临床疗效差异。结果研究组患者总有效率为94.31%(116/123),较对照组的83.44%(131/157)显著偏高(P<0.05);干预后,2组患者心功能均有所改善,研究组较对照组改善效果更佳(P<0.05);研究组患者自我管理、睡眠质量、生理及社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴联合辨证施护可显著改善胸痹心痛气阴两虚兼血瘀证患者的心功能和生活质量,提高临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with nursing based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chest discomfort due to deficiency of both qi and yin as well as blood stasis.Methods A total of 280 patients with chest discomfort who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 1,2019 to June 30,2021 were selected as the research subjects.Patients of qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis type were selected as the research group(n=123),and other patients were included in the clinical pathway as the control group(n=157).The differences in improvement of cardiac function,changes in quality of life scores and clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.31%(116/123),which was significantly higher than 83.44%(131/157)of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the cardiac function of the two groups was improved,and the improvement effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Study group patients self-management;Sleep quality;The physiological and social function scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation nursing can significantly improve the heart function and quality of life of patients with chest discomfort due to deficiency of both qi and yin as well as blood stasis syndrome,and enhance clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.
