摘要
实践中网格化管理就是按照“管理网格划分到位、安保责任落实到位、跟踪整改及时到位”的工作思路,积极打造“管理精细、专业高效、职责明确、信息共享、渠道畅通”的网格管理体系,促进安保服务管理水平的综合提高。网格化管理依托统一的管理以及数字化的平台,将医院管理辖区按照一定的标准划分成为单元网格。通过加强对单元网格的部件和事件巡查,建立一种监督和处置互相分离的形式。对于医院来说主要优势是政府能够主动发现,及时处理,加强医院对院区的管理能力和处理速度,将问题解决在患者投诉之前。此文分析了疫情期间中医医院安保“网格化”管理服务模式,并对其应用进行了深入探讨。
In practice, grid management is to actively build a grid management system with “fine management, professional and efficient, clear responsibilities, information sharing and smooth channels” according to the working idea of “management grid division in place, security responsibility in place, tracking and rectification in place” to promote the comprehensive improvement of security service management level. Grid management relies on the unified management and digital platform to divide the hospital management area into unit grid according to certain standards. By strengthening the inspection of components and events in the cell grid, a form of separation of supervision and disposal is established. For the hospital, the main advantage is that the government can take the initiative to find and deal with the problems in time, strengthen the management ability and processing speed of the hospital, and solve the problems before the patients’ complaints. This paper analyzes the security “grid” management service mode of traditional Chinese medicine hospital during the epidemic period, and deeply discusses its application.
