柔性互联配电中心巡检机器人设计与实现

摘要 随着计算机技术和智能化技术的日益提升,将巡检机器人应用到变电站或配电站,以提升巡检自动化和智能化水平,是未来配电网,特别是柔性互联配电网运行维护的发展趋势。文中设计并实现了一套面向柔性互联配电中心的巡检机器人,该机器人由移动站端、通讯、主站端软硬件相辅相成,其中移动站端由自动导引小车,无线充电子系统、拍照子系统、温湿度子系统四部分组成。经过实践表示,该机器人具有自动巡航、图像监控、温湿度监测、信息显示、报警输出等功能,为柔性互联配电中心智能巡检提供有力的解决方案。 With the increasing enhancement of computer technology and intelligent technology,the application of inspection robots to substations or distribution stations to enhance the level of inspection automation and intelligence is the development trend of future distribution networks,especially the operation and maintenance of flexible interconnected distribution networks.In the paper,a set of inspection robot for flexible interconnected power distribution center is designed and implemented,which is complement by software and hardware at the mobile station side,communication and main station side,among which the mobile station side consists of four parts:automatic guide trolley,wireless charging subsystem,photo subsystem and temperature and humidity subsystem.After practice,it is indicated that the robot has the functions of automatic cruising,image monitoring,temperature and humidity monitoring,information display,alarm output,etc.,which provides a powerful solution for intelligent inspection of flexible interconnected distribution centers.
