摘要
食品安全是我国重点关注的民生问题之一,而微生物感染是导致食品质量问题频发的关键原因。因此,本文对食品微生物检验的意义、技术工具以及发展现状进行了介绍,结合我国食品检验实际情况,分析了人员、技术、设备以及环境等食品微生物检验的影响因素,据此提出了一些控制策略,期望能对食品行业者提供借鉴。
Food safety is one of the key livelihood issues in China,and microbial infection is the key cause of frequent food quality problems.Therefore,this paper introduces the significance of food microbiological testing,technical tools and the current development situation,and analyzes the factors affecting food microbiological testing,such as personnel,technology,equipment and environment,in light of the actual situation of food testing in China,according to which some control strategies are proposed,expecting to provide reference for those in the food industry.
