摘要
本文通过选用液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定水产品中呋喃唑酮、呋喃西林、呋喃妥因3种药物的代谢残留。提取溶剂为0.1%甲酸-乙腈溶液,涡旋超声提取,采用固相萃取柱(CNW POLY-SERY MCX)净化,经ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱分离,以乙酸胺和甲醇溶液进行梯度洗脱。采用正模式ESI源,定量检测选用多重反应模式。
In this paper,liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to simultaneously determine the residues of furazolidone,furacillin and furantoin in aquatic products.The extraction solvent was 0.1%formic acid and acetonitrile solution,and the extraction was carried out by vortex ultrasonic extraction.The purification was performed on a solid-phase extraction column(CNW POLY-SERY MCX),and the separation was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18) column.The gradient elution was performed with acetic acid and methanol solution.Positive mode ESI source was used,and multiple reaction mode was used for quantitative detection.
