摘要 神经生长因子(NGF)是最早被发现的神经营养因子,其在疼痛信号传递中发挥着重要作用。针对NGF的临床止痛药物研发中发现,抑制NGF可以有效地缓解骨关节炎患者的疼痛,但部分患者出现了迅速的关节损害,提示阻断NGF可能会导致关节软骨损伤。目前研究发现NGF及其受体在骨关节炎的关节软骨中表达增高,但其对软骨的影响尚未定论,尚需进一步研究。 Nerve growth factor(NGF)is the first discovered neurotrophic factor,which plays animportant role in the pain signal transmision of osteoarthritis.In the Clinical studies of analgesic drugstargeting NGF,it has been found that inhibition of NGF can effectively relieve the pain of patients withosteoarhritis,but some patients have developed rapid joint damage,which suggests that blocking NGF signalmay lead to carilge damage.Current studies have found hat the expresion of NGF and is receptors areincreased in osteanhritic cartilage,but its effects on cartilage have not been concluded and further study isneeded.
