摘要
数字化转型是新时代职业教育高质量发展的关键突破口,但在转型过程中,职业院校面临着资源机制不完善、师生数字化素养待提升、数字化考核评价标准不全面等问题。文章在分析数字教材概念、功能的基础上,提出从数字教材建设入手,坚持教材的育人导向与类型特征不变,加快职业教育的数字化转型;并以深圳职业技术学院的一线实践为例,介绍了数字教材的编写原则、开发内容、建设成果,以及在教学应用、素质培养和数字治理方面的具体作用。为深化数字教材在教学中的作用,文章还从队伍建设、规范体系、运营机制、安全措施、支持平台等方面提出具体实施建议,以期构筑功能完备的数字教材体系,推动职业教育数字化转型与高质量发展。
Digital transformation is a key breakthrough for the high-quality development of Vocational Education in the new era.However,in the process of transformation,vocational colleges are facing some problems,including imperfect resource mechanism,insufficient digital literacy of teachers and students,incomplete digital assessment and evaluation standards.Based on the analysis of the concept and function of digital teaching materials,this paper proposes to speed up the digital transformation of vocational education by starting with the construction of digital textbook,along with adhering to the educational orientation and type characteristics of teaching materials.Taking the front-line practice of Shenzhen Polytechnic(SZPT)as an example,it introduces the compilation principles,development contents and construction achievements of digital textbook,as well as the specific roles in teaching application,quality training and digital governance.To emphasize the role of digital textbook,it puts forward specific implementation suggestions from the aspects of team construction,normative system,operation mechanism,safety measures and support platform,so as to build a fully functional digital textbook system and promote the digital transformation and high-quality development of vocational education.
