摘要
目的深入了解课程思政概念落地后医学生的教育获得感,以期为改进课程思政教育提供参考。方法采用半结构式访谈提纲对20名医学生进行深入访谈,将访谈资料进行录音、转录后,采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行内容分析。结果通过分析得出,医学生课程思政获得感包括以下三个主题,即思想道德知识的获得感,职业情感的获得感以及行为引导的获得感。结论课程思政对医学生获得思想道德知识、职业认同感以及引导未来行为起到了重要的作用,医学高校教师应提高课程思政的认识,提升个人能力,丰富教育的多样性和丰富性。
Objective To have in-depth insight of sense of educational gain after the concept of curriculum ideology and politics,in order to provide reference for improving ideological and political education curriculum.Methods Using semi-structured interview outline,20 medical students were selected to completion the in-depth interview.After recording and transcription,the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7.Results Through the interview,three themes about the sense of gain of medical students in ideological and political theory education were extracted,including sense of gain of ideological and moral knowledge,sense of gain of professional emotion and sense of gain of behavior guidance.Conclu⁃sion Curriculum ideology and politics plays an important role in acquiring ideological and moral knowledge,professional identity and guiding future behavior of medical students.Medical college teachers should improve the understanding of ideological and political theory education,enhance personal ability,and enrich the diversity and richness of education.
