摘要
以聚醚多元醇、改性MDI等制备低模量聚氨酯密封胶,对聚氨酯密封胶与不同含水量的潮湿混凝土之间的黏结强度进行探讨。以潮湿混凝土面增设一道封闭剂来增强聚氨酯密封胶的黏结强度,研究了封闭剂对潮湿混凝土黏结性能的影响。结果表明:水性环氧树脂类封闭剂对黏结性能有显著提升,且适合现有聚氨酯密封胶体系。
Low modulus polyurethane sealant is prepared by polyether polyol and modified MDI.The bonding strength between polyurethane sealant and wet concrete with different water content is discussed.A sealant is added to the wet concrete surface to enhance the bonding strength of the polyurethane sealant.The effect of the sealant on the bonding performance of the wet concrete is studied.The results show that the waterborne epoxy resin sealant have a significant improvement on the bonding performance,and it is suitable for the existing polyurethane sealant system.
