摘要
针对带式输送机的运输要求,进行传动滚筒的结构设计计算,并对所设计的滚筒结构进行承载能力的有限元仿真分析。结果表明,所设计的滚筒能够满足系统的使用要求,滚筒结构中存在最大应力及最大变形的位置,可进一步进行结构优化,提高滚筒的使用寿命。
The structural design of the drive pulley was calculated for the transportation requirements of the belt conveyor, and the finite element simulation analysis of the designed pulley structure for the load carrying capacity was carried out. The results show that the designed pulley meets the requirements of the system, and that there are locations of maximum stress and maximum deformation in the pulley structure, and further structural optimisation can be carried out to improve the service life of the pulley.
