摘要
总结了光照对果蔬保鲜的影响机理,分析了光照处理对果蔬采后生理变化和营养品质变化,对果蔬保鲜常用的光源进行了总结,给出了各种光源应用的研究进展、应用优势和存在的问题。结合现有的研究成果,分析了各种光源对果蔬保鲜的影响。
This paper summarizes the influence mechanism of light on the preservation of fruits and vegetables, analyzes the effects of light treatment on the physiological changes and nutritional quality of fruits and vegetables after harvest, summarizes the common light sources for the preservation of fruits and vegetables, and gives the research progress, application advantages and existing problems of the application of various light sources. Combined with the existing research results, the effects of various light sources on the preservation of fruits and vegetables were analyzed.
