纤维材料在高层建筑中的应用现状与发展方向 被引量:4

Application Status and Development Direction of Fiber Materials in High-Rise Buildings

摘要 高层建筑的建造一定程度上依赖于新材料与新科技的发展,传统钢筋或混凝土等建材在应用中存在自重大、能耗高、耐腐蚀性差以及易开裂等弊端,越来越难以满足高层建筑高空服役、高空风荷载大及昼夜温差大等复杂环境条件下的建设需要。基于纤维材料轻质高强、可塑性好以及耐腐蚀性优异等特性,从混凝土替代、结构补强、安全监视以及装饰材料等角度出发,综述了纤维材料在高层建筑工程中的主要应用。最后,指出纤维材料在当前高层建筑应用中仍存在缺乏统一规范、造价相对偏高以及回收程度低等不足,为未来的进一步发展与研究指明了方向。 The construction of high-rise buildings depends on the development of new materials and new technology to a certain extent. Traditional building materials such as steel bars or concrete have disadvantages such as self weight, high energy consumption, poor corrosion resistance and easy cracking in their application, which are increasingly difficult to meet the construction needs of high-rise buildings under complex environmental conditions such as high-altitude service, strong wind load and large temperature difference between day and night. Based on the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good plasticity and excellent corrosion resistance of fiber materials, the main applications of fiber materials in high-rise building engineering are summarized from the perspectives of concrete replacement, structural reinforcement,safety monitoring and decoration materials. Finally, it is pointed out that there are still some deficiencies in the current application of fiber materials, such as lack of unified specifications, relatively high cost and low recycling degree, which points out the direction for further development and research in the future.
