摘要
医用导管是广泛用于各类外科手术、插管手术中的必备耗材,其表面涂覆聚合物超润滑涂层旨在减小导管在临床应用中的组织摩擦,避免产生组织损伤而引发炎症。本文对不同聚合物超润滑涂层体系以及涂层附着力优化和抗菌修饰的研究进行了综述,重点介绍了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、天然多糖及衍生物等聚合物超润滑涂层体系的研究进展,以及采用硅烷偶联剂处理、光化学反应法提升涂层附着力的方法和采用无机抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂、载药涂层进行亲水涂层抗菌修饰的最新研究。
The medical catheters are essential consumables widely used in various surgical operations and intubation operations.The super-lubricant polymer coatings on the surface of medical catheters can reduce the tissue friction of the catheter in clinical applications and avoid tissue damage and inflammation.This review summarizes the research of different polymer super-lubricant coating systems,coating adhesion optimization and antibacterial modification,and introduces the research progress of polymer super-lubricating coating systems such as polyvinylpyrrolidone,polyacrylamide,polyethylene glycol,natural polysaccharide and derivatives,as well as the method of improving the coating adhesion with silane coupling agent and photochemical reaction,and the latest research on the antibacterial modification of hydrophilic coating by inorganic antibacterial agent,organic antibacterial agent and drug loaded coating.
