摘要
根据电容器生产废水水质复杂、水量变化大且回用水质要求高等特点,介绍了江苏某电子科技有限公司电容器生产废水处理及回用工程。采用预处理(混凝沉淀)/达标处理(多介质过滤+活性炭)/深度处理(超滤+反渗透)组合工艺处理电容器废水;出水中COD平均为24.50 mg/L,TCu平均质量浓度为0.39 mg/L,总锡平均质量浓度为0.375 mg/L,SS平均质量浓度为8.8 mg/L,石油类平均质量浓度为0.085 mg/L,其中COD、TCu、SS和石油类均达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)中表2规定的水污染物排放限值;总锡达到上海市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199-2009)中表1规定的第一类污染物排放限值,回用水中硫酸盐<50 mg/L,出水水质优于《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923-2005)表1中洗涤用水相对应的标准,污水平均吨水处理成本为8.68元/m^(3)。
According to the characteristics of complex capacitor production wastewater quality,large water volume change and high reuse water quality requirements,the capacitor production wastewater treatment and reuse project of an electronic technology Co.,Ltd.in Jiangsu Province is introduced.The combined process of pretreatment(coagulation sedimentation)/standard treatment(multi-media filtration+activated carbon)/advanced treatment(ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis)is used to treat capacitor wastewater;The average concentration of CODCr,TCU,SS and petroleum in the effluent is 24.50 mg/L,0.39 mg/L,0.375 mg/L,8.8 mg/L and 0.085 mg/L,where COD,TCU,SS and petroleum meet the discharge limits of water pollutants specified in Table 2 of the discharge standard for electroplating pollutants(GB21900-2008);The total tin reaches the emission limit of class I pollutants specified in Table 1 of Shanghai integrated wastewater discharge standard(DB31/199-2009).The sulfate in the reused water is less than 50 mg/L,the effluent quality is better than the corresponding standard of washing water in Table 1 of industrial water quality for municipal wastewater recycling(GB/T19923-2005),and the average cost of water treatment per ton of sewage is 8.68 yuan/m^(3).
