摘要
目的探讨吡咯啉-5-羧酸盐还原酶2(PYCR2)蛋白在结直肠癌(CRC)中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2016年1月—2020年12月行手术切除的CRC组织180例和镜检正常结直肠黏膜组织50例。检测CRC组织和正常结直肠黏膜组织中PYCR2蛋白表达水平,并比较不同PYCR2蛋白表达水平CRC患者临床特征和生存率。结果CRC组织中PYCR2蛋白高表达率高于正常结直肠黏膜组织(P<0.01)。不同肿瘤直径、浸润深度和TNM分期及是否淋巴结转移、远处转移的CRC患者PYCR2蛋白表达水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。PYCR2蛋白高表达的CRC患者总生存率和无进展生存率均低于PYCR2蛋白低表达者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论PYCR2蛋白在CRC组织中高表达,且与CRC发生发展相关,PYCR2蛋白高表达的CRC患者生存率低于高表达者。
Objective To investigate the expression of pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase 2(PYCR2)protein in colorectal cancer(CRC)and its clinical significance.Methods From January 2016 to December 2020,180 cases of CRC tissue surgically resected and 50 cases of normal colorectal mucosal tissue were collected.The expression levels of PYCR2 protein in CRC and normal colorectal mucosal tissues were detected,and the clinical characteristics and survival rates of different PYCR2 protein expression levels were compared.Results The high expression rate of PYCR2 protein in CRC tissues was higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa tissues(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the expression level of PYCR2 protein in CRC patients with different tumor diameters,depth of invasion,TNM stage and presence or absence of lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis(P<0.05,P<0.01).The overall survival rate and progression-free survival rate of CRC patients with high PYCR2 protein expression were lower than those with low PYCR2 protein expression(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The PYCR2 protein is highly expressed in CRC tissue,which is associated with occurrence and development of CRC.CRC patients with high expression of PYCR2 protein have a significantly lower survival rate than those with low expression.
