摘要
利用基于PLC控制系统的变频器切换柜对古城煤矿主通风机供电系统及控制系统进行改进。将变频器切换柜接入到古城煤矿原有主通风机供电系统中,同时在原控制系统上增加了切换柜控制分站,实现了变频器的就地切换和集中控制。现场运行结果表明,基于PLC的变频器切换控制系统能够实现变频器之间的高效切换,使主通风机运行系统的可靠性明显提高。
The inverter switching cabinet based on PLC control system is used to improve the power supply system and control system of the main fan in Gucheng Coal Mine.The inverter switching cabinet is connected to the original main fan power supply system of Gucheng Coal Mine,and the switching cabinet control substation is added to the original control system to realize the local and centralized control of inverter switching.Field operation results show that the inverter switching control system based on PLC can achieve efficient switching between inverters,so that the reliability of the main fan operating system is significantly improved.
