高速铁路接触网定位钩和定位支座异常磨损分析 被引量:2

摘要 在高速铁路运营服役过程中,接触网定位钩和定位支座之间发生异常磨损的情况时有发生,极易导致零部件失效,引发弓网故障,影响铁路正常运输秩序。以武广高铁为例,结合近年来异常磨损缺陷统计结果,从装置结构、受力情况、应力分布及服役环境等因素出发,考察并明确定位钩和定位支座的异常磨损原因,从而指出定位装置的日常检修重点及服役性能改善设想。研究发现:1)钩环结构导致的应力集中是钩环连接处异常磨损的根本原因,定位器所受水平拉力不足及定位装置所处服役环境是造成定位装置互磨的重要因素;2)定位方式连续相同处所及隧道内腐蚀环境更易造成磨损缺陷的产生,需在日常检修中重点关注;3)调整接触网平面布置、改进零部件工艺、优化钩环连接结构,预期可以对定位装置服役性能起到改善作用。 During the operation and service of high speed railway,the abnormal wear between the positioning hook and the positioning support of the catenary often occurs,which easily leads to the failure of parts,causing pantograph-catenary fault and affecting the normal transportation order of the railway.Taking Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway as an example,by combining with the statistical results of the abnormal wear defects in recent years,the reasons for the abnormal wear between the positioning hook and the positioning support were investigated and made clear from the factors including the device structure,stress situation,stress distribution and service environment,so as to point out the key points of daily maintenance of the positioning device and the assumption of improving the service performance.Findings:1) the stress concentration caused by the hook-and-loop structure is the root cause of the abnormal wear on the hook-and-loop joint,and the insufficient horizontal tension of the positioner and the service environment of the positioning device are the important factors that cause the mutual wear of the positioning device;2) the place with continuous and same positioning and the corrosive environment in the tunnel are more likely to cause the wear defects,which should be paid attention to in the daily maintenance;3) adjusting the layout of catenary,improving the process of parts,and optimizing the hook-and-loop connection structure are expected to improve the service performance of the positioning device.
