蕨麻种质资源总皂苷含量的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 以蕨麻(Potentilla anserina L.)5个省份的17份种质资源为研究对象,利用野蔷薇苷为对照品,检测计算蕨麻块根中总皂苷含量,通过方差分析,结果表明:(1)5省份的蕨麻种质资源总皂苷含量排序由高到低依次为:西藏蕨麻(3.06%)>青海蕨麻(2.78%)>四川蕨麻(2.42%)>甘肃蕨麻(2.39%)>黑龙江蕨麻(2.00%)。(2)17份蕨麻样品的总皂苷含量由高到底依次为“青海蕨麻3号”(3.84%)>林芝蕨麻(3.63%)>日喀则蕨麻(3.22%)>(青海)海南蕨麻(3.12%)>西宁蕨麻(2.64%)>海东蕨麻(2.58%)=石渠蕨麻(2.58%)>碌曲蕨麻(2.45%)>若尔盖蕨麻(2.40%)>临潭蕨麻(2.39%)>那曲蕨麻(2.34%)=合作蕨麻(2.34%)>德格蕨麻(2.29%)>绥化蕨麻(2.19%)>“青海蕨麻2号”(2.14%)>大庆蕨麻(1.99%)>齐齐哈尔蕨麻(1.82%)。本课题组审定通过的“青海蕨麻3号”(药用型)总皂苷含量最高,适宜作为原料提取蕨麻总皂苷,为蕨麻皂苷活性成分的应用和种植提供了理论依据。 Using 17 germplasm resources of Potentilla anserina L.from 5 provinces as the research object,the total saponins content in the tuber root of Potentilla anserina L.is detected and calculated by using Rosacine as the control substance.The results of analysis of variance show that:(1)The total saponins content in germplasm resources ofPotentilla anserina L.from 5 provinces is in the following order:Potentilla anserina Xizang(3.06%)>Qinghai(2.78%)>Sichuan(2.42%)>Gansu(2.39%)>Heilongjiang(2.00%).(2)The total saponins content of 17 Potentilla anserina samples from high to low is“Qinghai No.3”(3.84%)>Linzhi(3.63%)>Xigaze(3.22%)>Hainan(3.12%)>Xining(2.64%)>Haidong(2.58%)>Shiqu(2.58%)>Luqu(2.45%)>Ruoge(2.40%)>Lintan(2.39%)>Naqu(2.34%)=Hezuo(2.34%)>Dege(2.29%)>Suihua(2.19%)>“Qinghai No.2”(2.14%)>Daqing(1.99%)>Qiqihar(1.82%).Potentilla anserina Qinghai No.3(medicinal type)approved by our research group has the highest content of total saponins,which is suitable for the extraction of total saponins from Potentilla anserina,and provide a theoretical basis for the application and cultivation of Potentilla anserina saponins.
