摘要
为了研究不同精炼渣对42CrMo钢中洁净度和夹杂物数量、尺寸的影响,采用渣-钢平衡试验和FactSage热力学理论研究了CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO四元渣系对42CrMo钢中洁净度和夹杂物控制的影响规律。结果表明,当初渣碱度(CaO/SiO_(2)的质量比)和钙铝比(CaO/Al_(2)O_(3)的质量比)分别为5和1.8时,能将钢中T.[O]质量分数降至7.5×10^(-6),同时夹杂物尺寸控制良好,均小于8μm,在该渣系条件下,42CrMo钢的精炼效果最好;研究还表明,钢中夹杂物成分受渣系影响较大,特别是钢中夹杂物Al_(2)O_(3)含量受渣中Al_(2)O_(3)活度影响较大,Al_(2)O_(3)活度高的精炼渣渣系去除夹杂物Al_(2)O_(3)的能力弱,导致此精炼渣系下钢中夹杂物Al_(2)O_(3)含量高。
In order to study the effect of different refining slag on the cleanliness and the number and size of inclusions in 42 CrMo steel,the influence of a quaternary slag system of CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO on cleanliness and inclusion control in 42 CrMo steel was investigated using a slag-steel equilibrium test and FactSage thermodynamics in this research.When the initial slag basicity(the mass ratio of CaO/SiO_(2))and the calcium to aluminum ratio(the mass ratio of CaO/Al_(2)O_(3))are 5 and 1.8,respectively,the T.[O]content in the steel can be reduced to 7.5×10,at the same time,the inclusion size is well controlled,and it is less than 8μm,according to the findings.The refining effect of 42 CrMo steel is the best under this slag system condition.The study also showed that the inclusion composition in the steel was greatly affected by the slag system,especially the Al_(2)O_(3)content of the inclusions in the steel was greatly affected by the activity of Al_(2)O_(3)in the slag,the refining slag system with high Al_(2)O_(3)activity has a weak ability to remove inclusions Al_(2)O_(3),resulting in a high content of inclusions Al_(2)O_(3)in the steel under this refining slag system.
