摘要
牙周炎是指破坏牙龈、牙周膜、牙骨质和牙槽骨等牙周附着组织的常见慢性感染性疾病,是成年人牙齿丧失的主要原因之一,严重影响患者身心健康。传统的龈下刮治和根面平整(SRP)是临床应用较多且有效的治疗方法,但同时也具有局限性,随着现代诊疗技术和激光水平的发展,半导体激光开始应用于牙周炎的治疗,在牙周非手术治疗和手术治疗方面具有突出的表现,本文将对半导体激光在牙周炎治疗方面的研究现状作一综述。
Periodontitis is a common chronic infectious disease that damages gingiva,periodontal ligament,cementum,alveolar bone and other periodontal attachment tissues.It is one of the main causes of tooth loss for adults,which seriously affects patients′physical and mental health.It is believed that traditional scaling and root planning(SRP)are widely applied in periodontal treatment with limitations.With the development of new technologies assisted in modern diagnosis and treatment,Semiconductor Laser has been proved to be very efficient in non⁃surgical and surgical periodontal treatment.This paper reviews the research results concerning semiconductor laser in periodontitis treatment in recent years.
