摘要
为深入研究缺陷对半灌浆套筒试件受力性能的影响,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立半灌浆套筒三维模型,并对单调拉伸试验进行数值模拟,验证模型可靠性后进一步分析端部缺陷和中部缺陷对套筒力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,灌浆饱满的半灌浆套筒试件单向受拉极限荷载模拟值略大于试验值;当缺陷长度相同时,中部缺陷连接件位移和荷载较端部缺陷连接件减小幅度大;当缺陷类型相同时,缺陷长度越大,中部缺陷和端部缺陷连接件延性越低,承载力越早开始显著下降。
In order to investigate the effect of defects on the force performance of the semi-grouted sleeve specimens, a three-dimensional model of the semi-grouted sleeve was established using the finite element software ABAQUS, and numerical simulations of the monotonic tensile test were carried out to verify the reliability of the model and further analyse the effect of end defects and central defects on the mechanical properties of the sleeve. The results show that the simulated value of the unidirectional tensile ultimate load of the fully grouted semi-grouted sleeve specimen is slightly larger than the test value. When the defect lengths are the same, the displacement and load of the central defective joint is reduced more than that of the end defective joint. When the defect types are the same, the larger the defect lengths are, the lower the ductility of the central and end defective joints and the earlier the load capacity starts to decrease significantly.
