摘要
塔式起重机是现代建筑施工中主要的大型施工机械之一,目前塔式起重机厂家给出的基础配筋图中,基础上层钢筋过度配筋,造成浪费,基础下层钢筋存在一定优化空间。通过基础受力分析和对比结构设计中独立基础配筋,提出塔式起重机基础配筋优化建议。实际工程应用表明,塔式起重机基础配筋优化建议合理,优化后的塔式起重机基础安全可靠,节约成本。
The tower crane is one of the main large-scale construction machinery in modern building construction. The foundation reinforcement diagram given by the tower crane manufacturer currently shows that the upper layer of the foundation reinforcement is over-reinforced, resulting in waste, and the lower layer of the foundation reinforcement has some space for optimisation. Through the foundation force analysis and comparison of the structural design of independent foundation reinforcement, the tower crane foundation reinforcement optimization suggestions. The actual engineering application shows that the optimization proposal of tower crane foundation reinforcement is reasonable, and the optimized tower crane foundation is safe, reliable and cost saving.
