摘要
相较于传统现浇式生产作业,装配式建筑建造效率高、自动化水平高、低碳环保。在国内外装配式预制构件信息分类及其编码体系的研究基础上,结合现有的建筑构件模型分类和编码应用现状,从构件生产工艺角度提出对应的构件生产工艺编码体系,运用编码的唯一性对构件生产各阶段信息实施管理,提高了预制构件生产的效率和质量,降低返工率,实现装配式建筑的价值。
Compared with traditional cast-in-place production operations,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of high construction efficiency,high level of automation,and low-carbon environmental protection.Based on the research on information classification and coding system of prefabricated components at home and abroad,combined with the current status of classification and coding application of existing building component models,the corresponding component production process coding system is proposed from the point of view of the component production process,and the uniqueness of the code is used to implement management of information at all stages of component production,improving the efficiency and quality of prefabricated component production,reducing the rework rate and realising the value of prefabricated buildings.
