摘要
为精准地对多段圆弧混凝土结构进行测量放样,依托陕西青年职业学院新校区项目,结合工程实践,采用BIM+测量机器人技术开展多段圆弧混凝土结构高精度测量关键技术研究,通过分析该技术测量工艺原理,建立BIM模型,并将坐标系数据转化为施工坐标,最后将施工坐标导入测量机器人工作簿,指导实际测量放样施工。结果表明,基于BIM+测量机器人技术对多段圆弧混凝土结构进行测量放样能在保证测量精度的同时提高工作效率,节省建设投资。
In order to accurately measure and stake out multi-segment arc concrete structures,relying on the new campus project of Shaanxi Youth Vocational College,the BIM echnology+measurement robot technology was used to carry out research on the key technology of high-precision measurement of multi-segment arc concrete structures.By analyzing the measurement process principle of this technology,the BIM model was established,and the coordinate system data was transformed into construction coordinates.Finally,the construction coordinates are imported into the measurement robot workbook to guide the actual measurement and lofting construction.The results show that the measurement and lofting of multi-segment arc concrete structures based on BIM technology+measurement robot technology can ensure the measurement accuracy while improving work efficiency and saving construction investment.
