课程思政提升人才培养效能的逻辑遵循、设计路径与实施策略

摘要 课程思政是提升人才培养效能的理念,更是一种实践。课程思政提升人才培养效能应创新协同育人理念;应立足经济社会转型发展主战场;应加快高等教育高质量内涵式发展方式的转变;应着眼于实现国家共同富裕与民族伟大复兴。课程思政提升人才培养效能的设计路径包括科学制定三阶管理目标;思政元素有效融入学科发展;科学规划多元实施途径;进行三类教育的合理叠加。课程思政提升人才培养效能的实施策略要重视协同效应与叠加效应;要精心选择思政元素和切入点;要重视主讲教师队伍建设;要准确把握教育的“度”。 Ideological and political curriculum is not only a concept to enhance the effectiveness of talent training, but also a practice. To improve the efficacy of talent training, we should innovate the concept of collaborative education, focus economic and social transformation and development, speed up the transformation of the high-quality connotative development mode of higher education, center on achieving common prosperity and national rejuvenation. The design path of curriculum ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of talent training includes scientific formulation of three-tier management objectives: 1) the ideological and political elements effectively integrated into the discipline development;2) scientifically plan diversified implementation approaches;3) reasonable superposition of three types of education conducted. The implementation strategy should pay attention to the synergy effect and superposition effect. Ideological and political elements and entry points should be carefully selected;great importance should be attached to the construction of the team of lecturers;the “degree” of education should be accurately grasped.
