摘要
如何抓住新时代发展机遇,依托行业优势,建构和发展学科,是行业特色高校高质量发展过程中面临的重大问题。以上海海关学院学科建构为案例研究对象,分析回顾其从“海关学”到“国门安全学”学科建构的探索历程,为下一步在“国家安全学”一级学科下进行“国门安全学”的学科建构路径提出建议。适当推论认为,行业特色高校只有真正将“行业特色”发展成为“学科特色”,才能实现长远发展。新时代背景下,学科基础相对薄弱的行业特色高校要抓住交叉学科的发展机遇,着眼于服务国家战略和行业发展,推动学科的建构与发展。
In the new era with new opportunities for development,colleges with distinctive industrial features need to address the problem of how to construct and develop their disciplines based on the advantages of the industries on their way of high-quality development.This paper takes the discipline construction of Shanghai Customs College as the case for study.First of all,by analyzing and reviewing the exploration process of the discipline construction from“Customs Science”to“Border Security Science”,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the path of the construction of Border Security Science under the National Security.Secondly,on the basis of the above research,a conclusion is drawn that only by developing“industrial features”into“disciplinary features”can colleges with industrial features achieve long-term development.At last,such colleges,especially those with relatively weak discipline foundation,should seize the opportunity of cross-discipline development and focus on serving national strategy and development of industry to promote the construction and development of disciplines.
