摘要 为探究不同参数对颗粒阻尼器减振性能的影响规律,利用多体动力学软件ADAMS和离散元软件EDEM建立了悬臂梁安装颗粒阻尼器后的联合仿真模型,计算得到了阶跃激励下不同参数的颗粒阻尼器对悬臂梁的自由振动控制效果;采用时域衰减法和半功率带宽法得到了悬臂梁前两阶模态阻尼比的变化情况,将仿真结果与实验结果进行了对比,两者具有较好的一致性。证明利用联合仿真方法来对颗粒阻尼器进行仿真研究是可行的,并且该方法考虑了颗粒阻尼器与受控结构之间的相互作用力以及受控结构的柔性变形情况,能较好地模拟出颗粒的运动以及受控结构的实际变形情况。 In order to investigate the influence of different parameters on the vibration reduction performance of the particle damper,a joint simulation model of the cantilever beam with particle dampers was established by using the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS and the discrete element software EDEM,and the effect of the particle dampers with different parameters on the free vibration control of the cantilever beam under the step excitation was calculated,and the variation of the damping ratio of the first two modes of the cantilever beam is obtained by the time-domain decay method and the half-power bandwidth method.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results,and the two are in good agreement,which proves that it is feasible to use the joint simulation method to simulate the particle damper,and the method takes into account the interaction force between the particle dampers and the controlled structure and the flexible deformation of the controlled structure,which can better simulate the particle motion and the actual deformation of the controlled structure.
