铝合金公交车侧翻仿真分析及试验

摘要 依据法规ECE R66要求,采用LS-DYNA软件对CSR6127GLEV4铝合金公交车进行了侧翻仿真分析,基于车身立柱的变形程度及乘员舱是否被入侵来综合评估铝合金公交车结构侧翻的安全性;待仿真分析结果满足法规ECE R66要求,进行样车制造及试验验证。试验结果表明:样车侧翻后其结构变形程度小,整车结构并未侵入乘员生存空间,铝合金公交车满足侧翻安全性的要求。仿真结果与试验结果一致性程度较高,间接佐证了采用虚拟仿真及试验验证协同开发设计的可靠性及必要性。 According to the requirements of the regulations ECE R66,the CSR6127GLEV4 aluminum alloy bus was subjected to a rollover simulation analysis by using the LS-DYNA software.Based on the deformation degree of the body column and whether the passenger compartment was invaded,the rollover safety of the aluminum alloy bus structure was comprehensively evaluated;after the simulation analysis results meet the requirements of the regulations ECE R66,prototype manufacturing and test verification are carried out.The results showed that:after the sample vehicle rolls over,its structural deformation is small,and the whole vehicle structure does not invade the occupant's living space,and the aluminum alloy bus meets the requirements of rollover safety;the consistency of simulation and test results is high,which indirectly proves the reliability and necessity of using virtual simulation and test to verify the collaborative development design.
