摘要
纪检监察学概念不仅是纪检监察思维运动的出发点和赖以进行的基础,也是纪检监察思维过程的总结与结晶,更是当前学科化发展的必然要求。我国纪检监察学概念体系主要由本体概念(一级概念)、基本概念(二级概念)、一般概念(三级概念)等构成,追求公正、公平、正义等价值目标。学科化概念的理论创新通常有取代、创新、完善、补缺和更容五种方法,实践创新有叙事性概念、经验性概念和价值性概念创新三种情况。全面准确地认识和理解纪检监察学概念,能够促进学科的规范性发展,更好地发挥纪检监察工作在建设社会主义现代化强国中的作用。
The concept of discipline inspection and supervision is not only the starting point and basis for the thinking movement of discipline inspection and supervision,but also the summary and fruit of the thinking process and more importantly the necessary requirement for the present development of the course.The concept system of this academic discipline in China is mainly composed of ontology concept(level 1),basic concept(level 2)and general concept(level 3),and pursues the value goals of impartiality,fairness and justice.The theoretical innovation of the concept of discipline usually contain five methods:substitution,innovation,perfection,complement and replacement,while the practical innovation includes narrative,experiential and value conceptual innovation.To fully and accurately understand the concept and give full play to the role of discipline inspection and supervision in the construction of a powerful modern socialist country can help achieve the purpose and effectiveness of rectification at the root.
