摘要
营养与食品卫生学是我国高等医学院校预防医学专业的重要学科,其涵盖内容广及社会实践性强的特点,给学生带来了较大的挑战。为弥补“营养与食品卫生学”课程教学中教学模式单一、课程实践教学过少、教学效果不理想等不足,探索提高学生学习效率和教师教学效果的教学模式。以《蛋白质》章节教学为例,探讨了以案例为导向联合翻转课堂的教学模式的教学实施过程与实际教学体会。将案例导向联合翻转课堂的教学模式运用于“营养与食品卫生学”课程的实际教学中,增强了学生的自主学习能力及分析解决问题的能力,有效提高了课程教学质量。
Nutrition and Food Hygiene is an important discipline of preventive medicine in medical colleges and universities in China.It covers a wide range of contents and has the characteristic of strong social practicability,which brings great challenges to students.In order to make up for the deficiencies,such as the single teaching mode,the lack of practice teaching,and the unsatisfactory teaching effect in the course,this paper explores a new teaching mode to improve the learning efficiency of students and the teaching effect of teachers.Taking the chapter of“Protein”as an example,this paper discusses the implementation process and the practical teaching experience of the teaching model of case-based teaching combined with flipped classroom teaching in this course.This teaching model has achieved good results in the practical teaching of Nutrition and Food Hygiene,and it has not only enhanced students’independent learning ability and the analytical and problem-solving ability,but also improved the teaching quality of this course.
