摘要
新时代地方高校档案服务工作还存在着一些比较突出的问题:高校档案工作普遍被边缘化;档案工作者综合素质较低;主动服务社会意识不强;档案信息化建设水平较低等。为提高档案工作服务能力和服务水平,高校应采取以下措施:转变观念,提高思想认识;加强档案工作人员综合素质的提升;增强社会服务的主动性;提高档案管理的信息化水准。
In the new era,problems still exist in the archives service at local colleges and universities:the archives work is generally marginalized;the integrated quality of archives workers need to be enhanced;the archives workers'awareness of providing active service to communities remains to be consolidated,The level of construction of archives informatization need to be greatly uplifted.To improve the service ability of archives work,Local colleges and universities should take corresponding measures.
