摘要
目的研究海军潜艇员高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)患病情况及相关危险因素,探讨高尿酸血症的干预措施。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2021年12月来院疗养的959名海军潜艇员不同年份、不同生活方式、不同年龄HUA患病情况,及HUA合并其他代谢性相关疾病患病情况。结果959名潜艇员患HUA者238名,患病率24.82%,不同年份HUA患病率比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),呈逐年上升趋势;HUA与非HUA潜艇员在生活方式上比较,吸烟、饮酒方面无差异,而喜吃肉饮食习惯上差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄组HUA患病率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),36~40岁是高危人群;HUA与非HUA潜艇员相比较,合并脂肪肝、高三酰甘油血症、谷丙转氨酶升高、血压偏高、体质指数肥胖患病率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),合并高胆固醇血症、空腹血糖偏高、体质指数超重患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海军潜艇员高尿酸血症患病率较高,呈逐年上升趋势,36~40岁是高危人群,喜吃肉是HUA危险因素,与其他代谢性相关疾病脂肪肝、高三酰甘油血症、谷丙转氨酶升高、血压偏高、体质指数肥胖患病率呈正相关,个体和疗养机构及原单位应从主客观两方面入手进行高尿酸血症的预防干预。
Objective To study the prevalence and related risk factors of hyperuricemia(HUA)in naval submariners,and explore the intervention measures of hyperuricemia.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the prevalence of HUA among 959 naval submariners who came to the hospital for convalescence from July 2018 to December 2021 in different years,lifestyles and ages,as well as the prevalence of HUA combined with other metabolic related diseases.Results 238 out of 959 submariners suffered from HUA,with a prevalence rate of 24.82%.The prevalence rate of HUA in different years was highly statistically significant(P<0.01),showing an upward trend year by year;There was no difference in smoking and drinking between HUA and non HUA submariners in terms of lifestyle,but the difference in meat eating habits was highly statistically significant(P<0.01);The prevalence of HUA in different age groups was statistically significan(P<0.05);36~40 years old were the high-risk groups.Compared with non HUA submariners,the prevalence of fatty liver,hypertriglyceridemia,elevated alanine aminotransferase,higher blood pressure and obesity in body mass index was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia,higher fasting blood glucose and overweight body mass index was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in naval submarine personnel is high,showing an increasing trend year by year.36~40 years old are high-risk groups.Eating meat is a risk factor for HUA.It is positively related to other metabolic related diseases,such as fatty liver,hypertriglyceridemia,elevated alanine aminotransferase,high blood pressure,and obesity in body mass index.Individuals,sanatorium institutions,and original units should carry out prevention and intervention of hyperuricemia from both subjective and objective aspects.
