摘要
通过对甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠后死亡的鉴定体会,简述了药物不良反应和不合理用药的因果关系判定方法,总结出药源性医疗损害一般鉴定的步骤与方法,可供类似医疗案件的鉴定作参考。
In this paper,based on the identification experience of death after conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate and mifepristone,the causality determination methods of adverse drug reactions and un⁃reasonable drug use are briefly described,and the general identification steps and methods of drug-induced medical damage are summarized,so as to provide reference for similar cases in the future.
