摘要
为了方便现场检测无线调车灯显设备与列车运行监控记录装置间接口是否符合标准,采用嵌入式结构设计和多路模拟信号并行处理与多路数控负载电流源控制技术相结合的方式,研发接口检测装置。该装置可对标准规定的电气特性,即高、低电平下的接口驱动能力,以及包含错误码形在内的全部码形进行定量检测,进而实现对设备的精准维护,为调车作业安全提供可靠的保障。
To check whether the interface between the indication device of the radio signal for shunting locomotive and the train operation monitoring and recording device is in line with the standards,the interface performance tester of the indication device of the radio signal for shunting locomotive is developed by combining embedded structure design,multi-channel analog signal parallel processing and multi-channel program-controlled load current source control technology.The tester can quantitatively detect the electrical characteristics specified in the standard,such as interface driving capability under high and low levels and all codes including error codes so as to achieve precise care of the device,thus providing reliable guarantee for the safety of shunting operations.
