石墨烯改性锦纶混纺花式纱的设计及性能分析

摘要 针对石墨烯改性锦纶色彩单一的问题,探讨其混纺花式纱的生产工艺和性能。采用石墨烯改性锦纶长丝、染色涤纶、染色粘胶共3种纤维制备了功能性花式纱,利用多重混色与复合纺纱技术的特点,重点研究了赛络菲尔纺翻转段彩纱的结构与生产技术,并对制备的石墨烯改性锦纶混纺花式纱进行质量与性能检测。结果表明:石墨烯改性锦纶混纺花式纱风格独特,具有良好的抗起毛起球、防紫外性能。认为:赛络菲尔纺翻转段彩纱可设计性好,可为企业提供石墨烯改性纤维产品开发的新思路。 Aiming at monochromatic problem of graphene-modified polyamide fiber,process and property of graphene-modified belended fancy yarn were discussed.Functional fancy yarns were prepared by using graphene-modified polyamide filament,dyed polyester fiber and dyed viscose fiber.Taking advantage of multiple colored fiber mixture and composite spinning technology,the research focused on yarn structure and production technology of sirofil spinning inverted segment colored yarn,quality and property of the prepared graphene-modified functional blended fancy yarns were tested.The results showed that the graphene-modified functional blended fancy yarn with unique style had better anti-pilling and anti-ultraviolet property.It is considered that the design of sirofil inverted segment colored yarn is outstanding,which could provide new idea for graphene-modified product development for enterprise.
